Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Devil’s Agent provides shipping via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. We ship next business day whenever possible. A tracking number can be provided upon request. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for packages to arrive.

Domestic customers enjoy FREE standard shipping for orders over $30.

Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Devil’s Agent only ships internationally for orders placed through our Etsy Shop. Etsy orders are shipped via Etsy Standard International shipping which runs through the Etsy Global Distribution Warehouse and is then forwarded onward internationally. Please place your internationally orders through our Etsy Shop here.

International Fees and Taxes: Devil’s Agent does not deal with or cover the cost of any international fees, taxes, or tariffs. Any monetary obligation resulting from international purchases (e.g. customs fees, VAT, delivery fees, or import tariffs) is the buyer’s responsibility alone. We will NOT mark your item as a “gift” on customs forms either.
